As a Strategic Operations Manager, a typical day for you will include:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational optimization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Formulating and execute comprehensive operational strategies that drive efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of operational strategies, ensuring accountability and results.
  • Owning and managing cross‐functional special projects aimed at driving growth across the business
    • Developing programs to support our franchise owners’ efforts to drive incremental sales
    • Effectively integrating new acquisitions into the business
    • Executing a digital roadmap for the business

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in management consulting \ corporate business development, or operational roles within a private equity backed company.
    • Experience in consumer, multi‐unit services or with franchising a plus, but not a requirement
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data operational insights into actionable strategies.
    • Be highly motivated and possess vision and enthusiasm
    • Understand how to deliver on short time frames and be committed to meeting deadlines
    • Communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / master’s preferred but not required
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model required. Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
    • Offices are located at:
      • 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, Tx
      • 1010 N University Parks Ave, Waco, Tx
