The Strategic Operations team sits at the center of the CEO agenda and works on the company’s highest-impact, enterprise-level problems. The team partners directly with the CEO and executive leadership to set strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure leadership decisions are grounded in a single source of truth.
The Sr. Strategic Operations Manager will assist the Chief of Staff to the CEO in two main areas:
Enterprise Strategy:
Own the end-to-end annual strategic planning process, including drafting enterprise strategy narratives, board materials, and monthly business reviews. Lead top-down market and industry analysis, initiative prioritization, and strategic recommendations, including framing where to play and how to win.
Execution of CEO & Board-Level Initiatives:
Serve as the CEO’s execution partner on the most critical, cross-functional initiatives, often ambiguous and without a natural owner, ensuring alignment, momentum, and outcomes until long-term ownership is established.
Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-impact business operations
- Proven ability to shape and execute enterprise-level strategy, including exposure to C-suite and board-level initiatives
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to turn complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau are a plus
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing multiple priorities
- Experience leading workstreams or mentoring analysts preferred

Pay:
$115,000.00 - $173,000.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation PlanCommensurate with relevant qualifications and experience
