About the Role:
We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Manager, Strategic Financial Planning & Investments to support key financial initiatives across the enterprise. In this remote role, you’ll contribute to financial modeling, capital planning, and business case development in support of high-impact projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong financial background to help drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency at CVS/Aetna.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Support the development of financial models and strategic frameworks that inform clinical services initiatives and enterprise planning. Participate in the preparation and analysis of multi-year capital plans.Investment & Capital Planning:
Assist in coordinating the capital investment planning process across the organization. Partner with Finance and business leaders to ensure investments align with enterprise priorities.Portfolio Support & Performance Tracking:
Help manage the investment portfolio by contributing to governance processes, compiling performance data, and supporting regular reporting on project status and outcomes.Business Case Development:
Contribute to the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives. Support value realization by tracking and reporting financial and operational outcomes.Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate across cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance, and strategy teams. Present data and insights in a clear, structured manner to support decision-making.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in financial planning, strategic analysis, business consulting, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights
Experience supporting enterprise-wide projects and cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus, but not required

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
