You will:

  • Design and implement innovation programs and strategic initiatives within large-scale, EU-funded projects;
  • Lead process development and ensure effective team and project management across complex, multi-stakeholder environments;
  • Build, sustain, and expand a network of entrepreneurs, startup founders, donors, innovation experts, investors, and strategic partners;
  • Conduct market research and business analysis across various industries to define project direction and impact;
  • Facilitate open innovation activities that strengthen and nurture local and international innovation ecosystems;
  • Design and deliver high-quality workshops, trainings, and collaborative sessions on diverse innovation-related topics;
  • Guide, coordinate, and align multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared objectives;
  • Oversee content quality assurance across deliverables, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with project standards;
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive reporting for EU-funded and large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Innovation Management, or relevant field;

  • 3+ years of work experience in business development, management consulting, startups, accelerators, incubators or related fields;

  • Experience in EU-funded and donor-funded projects;

  • Excellent English and Ukrainian language skills;

  • Passion about innovation, technology, and social impact – we are looking for individuals who are interested in topics like sustainability, smart cities, healthcare, entrepreneurship, education, etc;

  • Strong business analytical skills, ability to manage the unknowns and accept every challenge with a bold and “hands-on” attitude;

  • A convincing communication style and public speaking skills – our team members need to formulate their own opinions, backed up with arguments and confidence;

  • You thrive in a team, but you are also an independent thinker – teamwork is crucial to our success, both on the local and international level.
