Your Team

ASX Supervision is the division responsible for the supervision of market participants and issuers listed on the exchange and is at the front line of ASX’s core license obligations to monitor and enforce the market’s operating rules that helps maintain a fair, orderly, transparent market and fair and efficient facilities —protecting not only the interests of investors but also the reputation of Australia’s financial system as a whole.

Your responsibilities

Engagement and communications planning

  • Develop and maintain ASX Supervision’s stakeholder engagement and communications plan and forward calendar.
  • Work with teams to identify engagement priorities, audiences, channels and timing.
  • Coordinate engagement activity across the division.
  • Support leaders and subject matter experts to prepare for external engagement.

Stakeholder communications and digital content

  • Draft and coordinate stakeholder communications, including EDMs, website content, presentations, briefings and other external materials.
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise and accessible plain language.
  • Maintain ASX Supervision content across relevant websites and digital channels.
  • Work with marketing and digital teams on publication and ongoing content maintenance.
  • Ensure communications meet ASX brand, editorial and approval requirements.

Education, events and stakeholder engagement

  • Develop educational content and initiatives for listed companies, market participants, issuers and other stakeholders.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create practical educational materials, presentations, guides and digital content.
  • Coordinate webinars, briefings, forums and stakeholder events.
  • Gather feedback to improve future education and engagement activity.

Communications for change

  • Develop communications for initiatives affecting external stakeholders.
  • Identify affected audiences and communication needs.
  • Explain what is changing, when, and any actions stakeholders need to take.
  • Coordinate communications across channels and align timing with implementation plans.

Measurement and reporting

  • Track engagement activity, participation, digital engagement and stakeholder feedback.
  • Identify recurring questions and opportunities for further communication, education or engagement.
  • Provide regular updates on delivery of the engagement and communications plan.

Experience and capabilities:

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to communicate information in clear, concise and plain language.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the careful use of language.
  • Experience developing digital and website content and stakeholder communications, including EDMs.
  • Experience developing educational content and coordinating webinars, events or other stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Experience working within established brand, editorial and communications standards.
  • Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to delivery.
  • Experience in financial services, financial markets, regulation or another complex professional environment would be advantageous

  • Stakeholders receive clear, accurate, timely and accessible information.
  • ASX Supervision’s website and digital content is current, useful and easy to understand.
  • Educational content, webinars and other engagement activities are effectively delivered.
  • Changes affecting stakeholders are supported by clear and well-timed communications.
