The Role

At Midi Health, we're redefining healthcare for women in midlife. Following our recent Series D funding and continued rapid growth, we're expanding our Strategic Alliances team to help accelerate our mission and extend our reach through key commercial partnerships.

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances to own and grow a portfolio of strategic channel partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, and other ecosystem partners. This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, business development, and commercial strategy, helping drive enterprise growth through partner-enabled channels.

The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship builder, operator, and growth driver. You are comfortable managing executive-level partnerships, creating scalable activation plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate strategic opportunities into measurable business results.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Ownership
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Strategic Alliance partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, and other channel partners.
  • Develop partnership strategies, establish goals, and drive accountability for performance and growth.
  • Lead partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management to maximize engagement and impact.
Pipeline Activation & Growth
  • Own the development and activation of pipeline opportunities generated through partner channels.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify, pursue, and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Create and execute targeted plans to increase partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Partnership Operations & Reporting
  • Develop measurable activation plans and success metrics for each partnership.
  • Lead regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with partners.
  • Analyze partnership performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders, including executive leaders and decision-makers.
  • Map internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and successful execution.
  • Act as the quarterback across multiple workstreams, ensuring momentum and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Member Support teams to execute partnership initiatives.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across the organization to deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Help shape partnership strategy while also driving day-to-day operational execution.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, channel sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers, health plans, TPAs, benefits consultants, or brokers.
  • Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.

The interview process will include: 📚 

  1. Meet with our Talent Partner (30- 45 min) 
  2. Meet with Hiring Manager (30 mins)
  3. Cross functional Interviews- (1.5 hrs)
  4. Working session- (1hr- 1.5hr)
  5. Final Executive Interview (30 min)

The salary range for this role is $140,000-150,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, including equity and benefits.
