Within this role you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our supply chain planning function within the Raheen Supply Chain organization. Your responsibilities include ensuring overall business priorities, capacities and capabilities are in line with global planning requirements within the Irish manufacturing and supply network in close cooperation with our US based counterparts and Regeneron partners.
As a Manager / Sr Manager Site Product Supply, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

Supporting the development and review of the site production and supply plans

Facilitating and leading the Raheen Site Supply Review Meeting & support Regeneron’s Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process

Managing the end to end overview for Raheen Ireland (RIRE) Produced Products to support the Site’s delivery On Time and In Full (OTIF) to the Supply Plan

Engaging with cross functional teams across IOPS to ensure overall business needs are met and that the regulatory, technical and supply landscapes are aligned to meet the Site Supply Plan

Working cross functionally to identify and implement opportunities to increase the effectiveness of supply from the site while meeting capacity, financial, compliance and legal objectives

Preparing reports for Senior Management related to end to end Delivery to the Site Supply Plan

Working closely with Supply Partners, Supply Chain, CMC-PM, Finance, Legal, QA, QC, MSAT and Manufacturing to align with the company’s overall objectives and timelines

Creating and publishes metrics to evaluate overall delivery to the Site Supply Plan and Process Effectiveness

Maintaining awareness of current industry standards, trends and practices

Providing coaching to direct reports, including employee development plans, and fosters a healthy work environment where employees feel valued and respected

Promoting the achievement of corporate goals and objectives

Requires travel approximately 10% of the time

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background. Manager level requires 6 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment. Senior Manager level requires 8 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment. May consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
