What is this role responsible for?
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the execution of identified strategic initiatives especially those providing a competitive edge to our organization in India. The job requires end-to-end participation, i.e. from assistance in conceptualization of a strategic business capability, to help in shaping up the feasibility and scoping of the project. It involves collaborating with a wide set of relevant teams (including Technology) within India and abroad, and SMEs to help plan and implement the project. The job will also involve ensuring that the project meets its expected business case and objectives, defined at the start of the project.
One of the most important strategic initiatives is India’s Business Digital Strategy. The incumbent will play a key role in identifying opportunities to continuously enhance the suite of features and assisting implementation of the same.
Assist in scoping and execution of the key strategic projects.
Interact with senior management and relevant contributors to ensure end-to-end scoping and execution of projects.
Aid in regular communication to stakeholders on approach, impact and benefit of these projects, to build organizational awareness to things on the anvil.
Support creation of business cases for all key projects, ensuring that projects deliver on one or more of the following - revenue growth, market share growth, enhanced customer experience or cost reduction. To clearly state this at the time of project scoping and track key metrics throughout the life stage to ensure identified objectives are met.
Projects should be delivered within the timeframes set up during project scoping.
Assist in scoping and execution of the key digital transformation projects.
Identify gaps and opportunities to continuously enhance the suite of digital features. Precipitate this into capabilities and ensure end-to-end execution of the same.
Proactively collaborate with wider team(s) to ideate and work on strategies to improve adaptation of digital assets (web/app/bots etc.).
Take ownership of work and support delivery of specific work streams on projects.
Develop materials (project plan, CBA, user stories, training materials etc.) to support business development activities.
To ensure all projects with Technology interface / requirements are scoped in a manner that the Business needs and capabilities from Technology are well articulated.
Postgraduate from a Premium Institute
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably on digital transformation projects
Strong knowledge and understanding of digital delivery practices, understanding Agile methodology & tools
Experience working on complex transformational projects developing innovative solutions to solve business and technology issues
Strong knowledge of financial markets, business analysis and domain specific technology solutions and capabilities
Strong conceptual skills and communication skills, ability to work on complex projects in a matrix environment
AMFI Certification preferred

Green belt certification
