Title and Summary

Manager, Specialist Sales (Dynamic Yield)

Dynamic Yield (DY) is seeking an experienced Sales Director to cover the France region. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive experience in sales cycles, understands the intricacies of the process, and can maintain composure while focusing on achieving targets. As a key representative of the France team and the initial voice of Dynamic Yield within the wider Mastercard organization and externally, this position requires managing complex deal cycles from start to finish by collaborating with various teams such as Market Development, Sales Engineering, Strategy, Legal, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders. The role demands a hands-on approach and active engagement.
All About the Role
Drive growth in the France region by building and closing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Establish and maintain high sales call volumes with Director, VP, and C-level executives.
Collaborate with cross-departmental Dynamic Yield members in a team-selling environment.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual recurring revenue targets.
Provide accurate forecasts of opportunities.
Work collaboratively with Dynamic Yield’s client success organization to ensure successful implementation of customer solutions.
All About You
Experience as an outside salesperson selling SaaS products (required).
Fluency in English and French for both written and spoken communication is essential.
Experience in selling digital marketing solutions to CEOs, CMOs, Directors, and VPs of Digital Marketing, as well as Directors and VPs of eCommerce (preferred).
Familiarity with the MarTech landscape (preferred).
Proven track record of closing transactions in the $100K - $250K+ range with consistent performance exceeding quota, with references required.
Hard-working and persistent with a consultative sales style.
Ability to work within a large organization to gather internal support.
