Customer Solution Center (CSC) is a new structure that enables Mastercard to develop stronger solutions and bundles for prioritized customer segments across markets. It serves as the central hub for all Mastercard capabilities, aiming to drive growth, influence, and revenue by creating and delivering compelling, data-driven, and scalable needs-based solutions to both new and existing customers-leveraging Mastercard's extensive portfolio of products and services.
We are seeking a Manager - Specialist Sales to drive the growth of Mastercard's digital payment solutions in Thailand, with a strong focus on advancing Mastercard's Vision 2030. Thailand represents one of the more mature digital payments markets in Southeast Asia, characterized by strong e-commerce penetration, widespread digital wallet adoption, and an increasing focus on seamless, secure online payment experiences.
This role sits within the CSC team and partners closely with Account Management, Product, and regional stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of tokenization, authentication, and emerging payment experiences across issuers, acquirers, PSPs, fintechs, and digital partners. The role reports to the Director - Specialist Sales, Digital Payments for Southeast Asia (SEA).
Key Responsibilities• Drive the commercialization and adoption of Mastercard's Digital Payment solutions (Tokenization, Authentication) across issuers, acquirers, PSPs, fintechs, and merchants in Thailand.• Own and grow a strong pipeline in Thailand, execute go-to-market plans, and track key metrics, including tokenization penetration, authentication adoption, and revenue growth.• Identify and unlock revenue growth opportunities with customers, with a strong focus on improving approval rates, reducing fraud, and optimizing checkout conversion.• Independently lead client engagements, including workshops and solutioning sessions, to define use cases, address gaps, and position Mastercard's differentiated value proposition.• Act as a subject matter expert on tokenization (MDES, digital wallets, Click to Pay) and authentication (EMV 3DS, Payment Passkeys, etc.), including advancing wallet token provisioning - tailored to local market dynamics and customer requirements.• Translate Mastercard's Vision 2030 into actionable market strategies, with a focus on scaling tokenized transactions, digital-first experiences, and frictionless authentication within a rapidly evolving ecosystem.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Sales, Product, Delivery, Digital Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance to execute market initiatives and strategic programs.• Embed data-driven insights and performance tracking into all engagements, ensuring continuous optimization of client outcomes and Mastercard business impact.
All About You• Proven ability to drive client engagement, identify commercial opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, approval rate uplift, fraud reduction, conversion optimization).• Strong experience in solution selling, product commercialization, and go-to-market execution within digital payments or technology environments.• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.• Good understanding of Thailand's payments ecosystem, including e-commerce, card-not-present flows, tokenization, authentication, and wallet integrations.• Experience working with issuers, acquirers, PSPs, fintechs, or digital merchants is highly preferred.• Strategic thinker with a collaborative working style and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.• Understanding of Mastercard products and competitor offerings in digital payments is an advantage.• 6-10 years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, banking, or consulting, with a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
