ABOUT US

There are more than 9 million immunocompromised people in the United States. Almost half a million of those represent a population that are moderately to severely immunocompromised and at highest risk for severe COVID-19, including stem cell and solid organ transplant patients as well as those with hematologic cancers.

At Invivyd, Inc., we take those numbers very seriously and we come to work each day on a mission to deliver protection from serious viral infectious diseases, beginning with SARS-CoV-2. Invivyd deploys a proprietary integrated technology platform unique in the industry designed to assess, monitor, develop, and adapt to create best in class antibodies.

In March 2024, Invivyd received emergency use authorization (EUA) from the U.S. FDA for a monoclonal antibody (mAb) in its pipeline of innovative antibody candidates.

In October 2025, the FDA cleared the company's Investigational New Drug (IND) application and provided feedback to advance the company's REVOLUTION clinical program, Invivyd's development program for VYD2311, a vaccine alternative monoclonal antibody being investigated for the prevention of COVID-19.

Our Rules of Engagement

These Rules of Engagement probably don’t look like what you’ve seen at other companies. That’s intentional.

Invivyd isn’t a typical company, and we don’t aspire to be one. The way we work matters just as much as what we deliver for patients and shareholders. We’re proud of our culture. It has helped us navigate uncertainty, challenge convention, and pursue goals that many consider impossible.

At the foundation of everything is a simple expectation: Do the Basics. Be a Good Human.

To each of us, that might mean slightly different things, but at the core of it is follow the golden rule. Treat people with respect, be honest, be accountable, and assume positive intent. What follows is what makes us stand out.

No Main Character Syndrome Allowed.

  • Your intelligence and experience got you here, but your ability to learn and grow matters more.
  • Listen and observe. Earn your opinions.
  • Say “I don’t know yet” when appropriate.
  • Read the room and know your audience. Adapt your role to what the moment needs, not to what your ego wants.
  • We all win when patients and shareholders win.

Know Your Stuff. Credibility Matters.

  • We work in a high-stakes industry that demands excellence.
  • Lean in. Continuously learn about the science, our business, our products, and our pipeline.
  • Understand how your work impacts patients and shareholders.
  • Take time to think and connect the dots.

Don’t Outsource Ownership.

  • Don’t hide behind agencies, consultants, titles, or process. Do it yourself!
  • Think like an owner. You are one.
  • What worked “there” may not work here.
  • Follow through relentlessly.
  • Celebrate wins and learn from mistakes.

Change the World, Right Now.

  • The work we do has the potential to change patients’ lives. That is a privilege and should be treated as one.
  • Urgency matters. Progress beats perfection.
  • Simplify complexity and strive for efficiency.
  • Be informed, then be decisive.

Challenge the Expected.

  • No one has done this before. There is no playbook.
  • Bring bold ideas backed by facts and logic.
  • Ask “what haven’t we thought of” and “why not?”
  • Question assumptions others accept.
  • Take intelligent risks. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

These are the behaviors we expect from ourselves and each other every day. You’ll see these woven into how we work, communicate, recognize success, make decisions, and hold ourselves accountable. And you can expect them to evolve over time because we also don’t like to overthink and overanalyze, but rather take action, and then improve as necessary.
