What will set you up for success?
Experience leading software engineering teams building and operating production systems
A track record of growing strong teams and lifting engineering standards
Sound technical judgment across modern software architecture, cloud platforms and delivery practices
Experience building platform products or shared services used by internal or external customers
The ability to work well across product, architecture, design and engineering
Confidence leading in distributed, cross-region environments
An appreciation for security, privacy and quality in complex software environments
