Primary Responsibilities:
- Full Product Lifecycle Ownership
- Accountable for research, proof of concepts, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions
Design and Development Excellence- Create modular, scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that deliver business value and superior user experience
- Quality and Standards
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and organizational quality benchmarks. Evaluate new tools and techniques to improve efficiency
- Leadership and Mentorship
- Influence technology strategy, mentor junior engineers, and drive automation and innovation across teams.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Data Integration & Reporting: Experienced in creating automated ETL workflows with SSIS and providing business insights via SSRS
- Frontend & UI/UX: Versatile experience in modern frontend frameworks including Angular, Blazor, and other Javascript-based frameworks
- Full Stack Engineer (.NET, MS SQL, Microservices, Angular)
- Web Application Development: Expertise in building scalable applications using both legacy ASP.NET Framework and modern .NET 8+
- Distributed Systems: Skilled in developing high-performance background services and implementing asynchronous messaging using RabbitMQ
- Database Programming: SQL Server (2017+) development, including complex stored procedures, performance tuning, and schema design
- Background in applying AIML solutions and tools for productivity improvement
