As an Engineering Manager, you will own the delivery of a mission-critical platform designed to automate and streamline supplier due diligence. You’ll guide a high-performing engineering team across the Node.js and React ecosystem while integrating advanced AI/ML capabilities using AWS Bedrock and Python.
You are a strategic technical leader who thrives on designing distributed systems and microservices that are scalable, reliable, and secure. You will bridge product vision and technical execution, ensuring this AI-native intelligence engine becomes a benchmark for AI-driven Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The platform will mine, synthesize, and contextualize information from vast, distributed knowledge sources to deliver actionable insights.
What You’ll DoLead the AI Frontier
Drive the technical roadmap with an AI-first mindset. Oversee full-stack SaaS implementation and accelerate delivery using AI-powered engineering tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot. Architect advanced GenAI systems including RAG pipelines, semantic search, and agentic AI solutions.
Empower Your Team
Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, accountability, and high-quality code across the SDLC.
Architect for Scale
Design and implement distributed systems and cloud-native architectures capable of supporting over one million global users with high availability and resilience.
Collaborate Strategically
Partner closely with Product, Security, and DevOps to align technical delivery with Diligent’s long-term platform strategy and growth objectives.
Ensure Data Integrity and AI Quality
Lead the development of centralized workflows for parsing, validating, and enriching survey data, ensuring traceability, explainability, and high-quality AI outputs.
Engineering Leadership
8–10 years of software engineering experience, including a proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
Modern Technology Expertise
Strong proficiency in Node.js and React, with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL or MySQL, Docker, and containerized environments.
AI/ML Systems Experience
Experience designing and delivering production-grade AI systems leveraging LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
Cloud Architecture Excellence
Deep experience with AWS, including Bedrock and enterprise-scale AI deployments.
Operational Rigor
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, secure deployment practices, IAM, and secrets management at scale.
Collaborative Leadership
Ability to build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiences.
Python Expertise
Experience with Python and AI-oriented frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
Agentic AI Frameworks
Hands-on experience or familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
