Overview
The Mastercard Payment Networks team is looking for to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. Our solutions are built on the Digital Network Architecture, around Cloud Native principles and in a Scaled Agile Framework. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role:• People and Technology Lead for modernized Java Tech Stack• Manage deliverables and timelines for the team • Coordinate with various groups in Mastercard to ensure success of the projects• Assign teams for ensuring quality deliverables and tracking• Maintain and present project related metrics reporting for management review• Lead initiatives for AI adoption, automation, defect metrics and overall quality initiatives• Experience in end-to-end solution and product architecture for scalable real time solutions• Handle coordination between teams based in various locations
All About You:
• Extensive experience in leading and managing multiple squads ( 2 - 4 squads of 10 members) in individual capacity• Experience in Java, Spring boot, Cloud Native application development• Experience in Database technologies and scalable real time event architecture • Spearhead quality initiatives including automation, CI/CD.• Strong Communicator and stake holder management• Experience in working across multiple regions. • Strong Communicator and people manager• Ability to guide people to implement the right solution
