Primary Responsibilities:
- Creates and implements project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for one or more medium sized projects of low to moderate complexity
- Prepares detailed statements of work and gains concurrence and approval from stakeholders regarding various project aspects and adjusts accordingly
- Participates in delivery assurance reviews to ensure adherence to project management policies and procedures
- Assists in the staffing of projects
- Organizes project team members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments, and objectives
- Participates in work as applicable •
- Manages costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing project deliverables
- Ensures schedule and budget are met
- Performs ongoing review of project status
- Identifies possible project risks
- Recommends and implements risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate
- Works in conjunction with team members and stakeholders to manage changes to technical requirements, business requirements and schedule of the project
- Provides input on possible changes needed based on current project status •
- Manages client, company, and project team expectations for agreed upon project performance by obtaining and providing project metrics
- Recommends changes or alternate paths based upon performance and metrics
- Assigns work and provides direction regarding timeliness and completion of project objectives. Addresses performance issues within prescribed guidelines
- Provides performance input upon completion of project
- Builder Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

- 10+ years of total experience in the IT industry
- Experience in managing large teams
- Experience with public cloud
- Experience in managing deliveries end to end
- Experience in designing a system end to end
- Hands-on in Azure
- Hands-on experience of Generative AI
- Solid, hands-on experience in REST APIs, .Net
- Solid, hands-on experience in writing unit tests
- Solid, hands-on experience in SQL server
