The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using modern technology stacks. This role requires hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-performance solutions in an agile environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership & Development
    • Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful microservices architecture
    • Build responsive and performant user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks
    • Lead the architectural design and implementation of cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure platforms
    • Develop and maintain microservices-based applications with focus on scalability, resilience, and performance
    • Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and Web Services following industry best practices
    • Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications (LLM APIs, ML model serving, AI-powered features)
    • Design and implement intelligent features using AI/ML technologies and frameworks
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with comprehensive unit and integration testing
  • DevOps & CI/CD
    • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing, building, deployment, and monitoring
    • Configure and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Chef, Ansible, or Terraform
    • Implement containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
    • Ensure automated deployment processes and release management best practices
    • Monitor application performance and implement proactive optimization strategies
  • Product Delivery & Team Leadership
    • Own end-to-end delivery of products and features from conception to production
    • Lead agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
    • Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA Engineers
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and practices
  • Architecture & Design
    • Apply design thinking principles to solve complex business problems with appropriate technology solutions
    • Evaluate and recommend technology stacks considering cost efficiency, performance, resilience, and scalability
    • Design database schemas and optimize queries using Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, and relational databases
    • Architect solutions considering security, compliance, and healthcare domain requirements (HIPAA, PHI)
    • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications
  • Quality & Testing
    • Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing
    • Coordinate test data management and ensure quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle
    • Debug complex production issues and implement permanent solutions
    • Establish and maintain code quality standards using tools like SonarQube, ESLint, etc.
  • Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field from a recognized university
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience in software development
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies including:
    • Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA)
    • RESTful web services and microservices architecture
    • Hibernate and ORM frameworks
  • 8+ years of experience with React.js/Redux and modern frontend development
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) including:
    • Cloud-native application development
    • Infrastructure management and deployment
    • Cloud services integration (S3, Lambda, RDS, EC2, Azure App Services, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience leading product delivery as a technical lead
  • 4+ years of experience with automated deployment and release management tools (Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.)
  • 4+ years of experience managing development delivery in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • 4+ years of experience building and consuming Web Services, REST APIs, and microservices
  • 4+ years of experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle, npm, webpack)
  • 3+ years of experience providing technical solutions for new product capabilities
  • Technical Skills:
    • Backend: Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA, RESTful APIs
    • Frontend: React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript
    • Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation) or Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL Database)
    • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
    • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration

    • Experience in Healthcare domain (HCC, Health Care Cloud, HIPAA compliance)
    • Experience with healthcare portals and patient engagement platforms
    • Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
  • Additional Technical Skills
    • Experience with GraphQL APIs
    • Experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
    • Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude)
    • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB) for AI applications
    • Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
    • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
    • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
