You will be responsible for leading regional LogOps ( Logistic operations) team in EU, the delivery of regional projects for the SAP and Non-SAP in LogOps in Mondelēz International across MEU in partnership with the European business across all functions. Working collaboratively with our global strategic or regional partners to deliver reginal projects and solutions.
How you will contribute

  • Report directly to MDS (Mondelēz Digital Services) MEU MDS Logistic lead
  • Accountability of defined LogOps processes in Europe ( warehousing; transportation, customs, 3PLs)in SAP and Non-SAP solutions
  • Managing team of internal MDLZ resources
  • Support assigned projects using the Mondelez Europe methodology, ensuring that fit for purpose solution are delivered on time, on budget and that benefits are measurable and achievable
  • Close collaboration with business and vendors.
  • Take accountability for implementing initiatives already identified.
  • Operate across MDS and the appropriate business functional areas to drive the delivery stream agenda and provide functional expertise as needed across MEU region.
  • Representation of MDS functional area as part of MTI project team Including presentation to senior stakeholder forums / project governance board
  • Close collaboration with LogOps global team 9e.g. solution templates; strategy; support, documentation)


What you will bring

  • General Work Experience in SAP and NonSAP apps in warehousing/transportation area
  • Project Management experience ( SAP eWM 9.5; SAP ECC E2E understanding; S4 Hana)
  • Having experience in implementing related systems


What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Proficient in English, spoken and written, an additional language is a benefit
  • Process and Service Oriented in LogOps/Supply chain area (warehousing; transportation; customs)
  • Business process savvy
  • Functional/technical skills in supported applications. Both SAP and Non-SAP.; DevOps
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with Change
