We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager, Social Media and Creator – EMEA to join our Four Seasons Corporate Office team in Dubai!
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, award-winning team at the Dubai Corporate Office of one of the world’s most iconic luxury hospitality brands, supporting the diverse and fast-evolving region of Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
This role has dual reporting line, to our Area Director, Public Relations and Corporate Communications – EMEA and the Senior Director, Integrated PR and Social Media Communications, and will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, data-driven, and creator-led social media strategies that elevate the Four Seasons brand and its regional properties across platforms.
Working in close collaboration with the regional Commercial organization, global social media team, and agency partners, this role will help shape the brand’s social voice in the region — building engaged communities, driving meaningful creator partnerships, and ensuring the brand stays ahead of the ever-changing digital landscape.
Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the regional social media and creator strategy in alignment with global priorities.
- Manage influencer and creator programs from selection and contracting to briefing, execution, and performance tracking.
- Advise on the social-first approach for future EMEA openings and manage pre-opening content creator deliverables together with property teams.
- Guide regional agency partners in developing innovative, high-quality, and brand-aligned social-first content.
- Monitor emerging trends and regional audience behaviors to inform creative direction and platform strategy.
- Partner with regional and property teams to integrate social and influencer activations into broader PR and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify insights, measure impact, and inform future strategy.
- Support training and best practice sharing across the region to enhance social media and influencer capabilities.
You will bring both creative vision and analytical rigor to the role, ensuring that our social and creator-led initiatives are not only inspiring but also deliver measurable business impact. You will play a central role in shaping how Four Seasons engages audiences and tells its story across EMEA’s diverse digital landscape.
Our Ideal Manager, Social Media and Creator – EMEA Candidate Will:
- Bring a minimum of 4 years’ experience in social media, influencer, or digital marketing roles, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of social platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content performance analytics across EMEA
- Have a creative eye for storytelling, content development, and digital community building
- Have proven experience leading creator or influencer partnerships end-to-end
- Possess a strong understanding of luxury markets and consumers, with experience in luxury hospitality, goods, or services considered an asset — particularly within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- English is essential, while Arabic and any additional languages are preferred and considered an advantage.
