About the role:
The Manager – SEL will lead the implementation, quality assurance, and strengthening of Social Emotional Learning within Bhumi’s Whole School Transformation Program (WSTP).
This person is responsible for ensuring strong program delivery across partner schools, building educator capacity, improving systems, and using data to continuously enhance impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee systems that ensure consistent, high-quality SEL delivery across schools and program teams.
- Track and analyse program data to drive structured reviews and continuous improvement in implementation.
- Design and facilitate capacity-building initiatives and provide ongoing supervision to educators and program staff to strengthen delivery quality.
- Build and manage strong working relationships with school leaders and partner institutions to ensure effective program execution.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Educational Degree : Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related fields.
- Relevant Experience(in years) : Minimum 3 years of experience in SEL, school education, or wellbeing programs. Proven experience in content development, adult training and program management.
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Ability to invest stakeholders and build partnerships
- Strong people leadership and mentoring skills.
- Systems thinking with a grasp of school transformation and education ecosystems.
