Manager- SMSF

Join Findex as a Manager within our Superannuation team in our Townsville office. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality compliance services and help clients navigate complex regulatory requirements.

You’ll uphold exceptional service standards, deepen your technical expertise and broaden your leadership impact. You’ll work closely with the Partner group to deliver positive client outcomes.

This is a permanent hybrid role, with flexibility to work between home and the office.

Your role, your contribution

• Deliver timely superannuation compliance services, ensuring SMSF clients meet legislative, ATO and audit requirements.
• Prepare and review financial and compliance reports while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Manage workflows, delegate tasks and review team output to meet deadlines.
• Provide technical support and contribute to client advice.
• Build strong client relationships and manage engagements through to completion.
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities for growth.
