Position Overview: The OI Manager will play a pivotal role in driving global project management, fostering worldwide OI collaboration, spearheading system development, and ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects across diverse teams and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Project Management:

Lead and manage global projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with international teams to ensure consistent project execution and adherence to best practices.
Worldwide OI Collaboration:

Foster collaboration and communication among OI teams across different regions to drive innovation and achieve common goals.
Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to share insights, best practices, and updates on ongoing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for OI projects.
Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the global OI community.
System Development:

Oversee the development and implementation of systems and tools that support OI initiatives.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to design, test, and deploy new systems that enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and capable of meeting the evolving needs of the organization.
Provide training and support to users to maximize the effectiveness of new systems.
Cross-Team Collaboration:

Facilitate collaboration between OI and other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive project execution.
Act as a liaison between different teams to resolve conflicts, align objectives, and promote synergy.
Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing across teams to drive innovation and improve outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, system development, or a related role.
Proven ability to manage global projects and collaborate with international teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in system development and implementation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
