At Hitachi Energy, you will lead site activities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will guide teams that deliver substation and power infrastructure projects safely and efficiently. You help shape our impact in the energy transition, supporting growing sectors such as data centers, e‑mobility, and hydrogen.
In this role, you create the conditions for excellent site execution. You lead and develop site managers and site personnel. You ensure strong coordination between project management, engineering, customers, and subcontractors. You support safe work practices and high-quality delivery at every stage.
You will influence how we plan, prepare, and execute work on-site. You will help teams solve complex project challenges and improve ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and partnering closely with customers.
How you’ll make an impact- You lead site management activities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
- You guide site teams to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
- You plan resources, equipment, and skills needed for project execution.
- You drive safe work practices and support a strong HSE culture.
- You improve site processes and introduce efficient ways of working.
- You manage budgets and monitor costs to support financial performance.
- You build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- You report on site performance and highlight risks and solutions.
- You have a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- You have experience in site management or project execution in the energy or industrial sector.
- You understand substations, transmission systems, and electrical or mechanical installations.
- You are skilled at leading teams and driving performance.
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You are willing to travel regularly within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
