Job Summary

Lead the development and performance of assigned service sub-categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs and financial goals. Partner with Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize service offerings, pricing, vendor relationships and execution strategies to enhance delivery and profitability.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

  • Supports the development and implementation of Line of Business program components and contributes to strategies that drive growth and service execution. Manages specific workstreams within programs, including coordination with Service Providers, assisting with selection and qualification processes, supporting pricing activities and contributing to communication and training materials.
  • Conducts analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitive insights to support improvements in product selection, service offerings and service provider lifecycle. Assists in shaping program direction within a portfolio, working under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Supports field sales execution and service provider engagement by contributing to the development of targeted training programs and coordinating with sales leadership to promote accountability.
  • Maintains relationships with service providers and vendors to support alignment with performance standards and business goals established by the leadership team.
  • Leads financial planning activities within a program by conducting sales analysis, tracking gross margin performance and assisting with competitive benchmarking to help meet annual profitability targets.
  • Drives quality assurance efforts by helping address compliance issues, assisting in resolving customer escalations, and tracking service delivery metrics across assigned programs or areas.
  • Mentor individual contributors and operations teams to foster professional growth and collaboration while contributing to high-impact sub-portfolio projects.

Nature and Scope

  • Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

Work Environment

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
