In this role, you will work across all key SEO pillars: on-page, off-page, and technical. We aim to offer competitive and fair compensation based on experience, location, and market benchmarks. The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $82,000 CAD.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical pillars to drive measurable client outcomes
- Develop and manage SEO roadmaps to improve search visibility and organic traffic growth for B2B client portfolios
- Partner with content, design, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices into deliverables
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities and address performance gaps
- Monitor, measure, and report on SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights to guide continuous improvement
- Stay current on search algorithm updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices to inform strategy and execution
- Leverage AI tools to improve our search results and help evolve how we think about SEO through the lens of the way AI is impacting the marketing landscape.
- 4+ years of SEO experience, with proven results across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience managing SEO for B2B clients or within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, link-building strategies, and technical site health
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into clear recommendations
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and technical teams
