Who We're Looking For

If driving measurable organic growth through smart, strategic SEO makes you tick, this might be the role for you. Marketbridge is looking for an SEO Manager to help execute high-impact SEO strategies across a portfolio of B2B clients. In this role, you will work across all key SEO pillars: on-page, off-page, and technical. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies align with client goals and business outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to shape how SEO is delivered, drive performance through data, and stay ahead of search trends. This is a hands-on role with room to grow, perfect for someone ready to take ownership of day-to-day SEO execution while contributing to broader strategic planning.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical pillars to drive measurable client outcomes
  • Develop and manage SEO roadmaps to improve search visibility and organic traffic growth for B2B client portfolios
  • Partner with content, design, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices into deliverables
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities and address performance gaps
  • Monitor, measure, and report on SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights to guide continuous improvement
  • Stay current on search algorithm updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices to inform strategy and execution
  • Leverage AI tools to improve our search results and help evolve how we think about SEO through the lens of the way AI is impacting the marketing landscape.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of SEO experience, with proven results across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Experience managing SEO for B2B clients or within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, link-building strategies, and technical site health
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into clear recommendations
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and technical teams

We aim to offer competitive and fair compensation based on experience, location, and market benchmarks. The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $82,000 CAD.
