Position Summary


We are currently seeking a Manager/ Senior Manager - SEO to oversee and develop our SEO service offering and to help, develop, execute, and optimize Interactive Avenues most challenging SXO strategies for desktop, mobile, voice search, YouTube & App store optimization and UI & UX. This role may include direct management of SEO team member(s), serving as internal analyst for SEO, and oversight of all SEO team deliverables on-time-every-time. Key Responsibility Areas

  • Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy for assigned accounts
  • Develop and execution of client accounts to maximize ROI through user experience, keywords ranking, organic traffic, leads and conversion
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports
  • Identify buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
  • Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
  • To discuss requirements for upcoming campaigns, present campaign proposals or review campaign results

  • Excellent command on English language (Spoken and Written)

  • Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associates Degree or related work experience
  • An engineering graduate with a management degree from an institute of repute
  • Between 5 years and 7 years of hands on SEO experience on desktop, mobile, voice search, YouTube, App store optimization and UI & UX preferably in an agency environment
