Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-processing verification of customers’ remittances/cross-border payments.
- Perform data entry and approval of remittance payments, including MT191 charges.
- Ensure remittance payments including time-sensitive and critical payments are prioritized and released timely.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and ensure timely closures.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payment instructions and control checks.
- Perform reconciliation of NOSTRO and General Ledger accounts.
- Ensure processing are within SLA standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
- Strong team player who is able to work independently and motivate the team.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous and strong follow-up skills.
- Versatile and able to multi-task across functions and various platforms effectively.
