Job Description
- Create PR/GR using SAP system.
- Process invoice payments.
- Financial Data Management - Ensuring accurate/up-to-date financial data entries.
- Work with various senior managers on budget planning, forecasting and to monitor utilization of OPEX budget and Capex budget.
- Prepare monthly financial performance, utilization trends, key risks and forecast financial dashboard reports.
- Work closely with Business Finance, Group Finance, Procurement, Technology managers and operational teams on budgeting, procurement, reporting and governance matters.
- Ensure compliance with Group Finance policies, procurement policies and financial controls.
- Other Finance related ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Lead.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a Finance Institution, Audit or Consultancy firm.
- Strong Excel skills (Advance formulas, pivot tables, power query, building of reporting dashboard). Strong in data analysis using excel.
- Good knowledge in using M365, a good grasp of Outlook, Excel, SharePoint.
- Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong Attention to details. Understand the importance of data discipline.
- Able to handle confidential data in a professional manner.
- Good experience in managing/responsible/implementing business process improvement.
- Have working experience and advance understanding of SAP system (PEMS) would be a plus.
- Good knowledge in Power Point and have prior experience in preparing PPT slides for reporting purpose. Knowledge in Power BI will be a plus.
- Experienced as a PMO support in Bank Projects will be a plus.
