Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning

  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints

Social Media and Data Insights

  • Leverage social media analytics to inform campaigns, measure impact, and optimize engagement

  • Identify emerging trends and platforms to keep the brand relevant and competitive

Organizational and Cultural Communications

  • Design communication frameworks that strengthen internal culture and employee engagement

  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to align messaging with organizational values

Creative and Analytical Execution

  • Lead the creation of innovative campaigns that blend storytelling with data-driven insights

  • Oversee content development across digital, print, and experiential platforms

Team and Stakeholder Management

  • Mentor and manage a communications team, fostering creativity and accountability

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, executive leadership, and other teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in social media data literacy, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies

  • Strong background in culture and organizational communications, with experience in shaping internal and external narratives

  • Demonstrated creative and analytical thinking skills, balancing innovation with measurable outcomes

  • Track record as a brand strategist, with success in building and evolving brand identity

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a people-oriented leader who thrives in collaborative environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree a plus

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
