Job DescriptionTo proactively originate, assess, structure, and support the execution of credit solutions for Business and Commercial Banking clients, while ensuring high-quality credit submissions and effective sound risk management. To deliver a seamless client credit experience and contribute to market penetration and sustainable revenue growth.

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance or related field

- Professional Banking qualification, or
- Credit / Risk related professional qualifications; or
- CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ACIB, AKIB
Experience Required
8-10 years
- Conducting robust credit analysis and financial assessment
- Structuring and executing lending across key focus sectors covering transactions across a range of products including structured finance.
- Ability to assess client funding needs (capex & working capital) and translate these into fit‑for‑purpose credit structures aligned to cashflows
- Strong financial modelling capability to evaluate repayment capacity, stress-test assumptions, and inform structuring decisions
- Proven covenant-setting expertise—designing practical, risk-aligned covenants derived from underlying business and model outputs
- End-to-end credit origination and structuring experience, with demonstrable ownership of complex deals through to execution
- Deep sector understanding and credit judgement, with the ability to tailor structures to sector-specific risks and shape deal outcomes
