Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You will be responsible for the following:
Agile Facilitation & Team Coaching - Program, design, and assist with Agile framework activities, including daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and sprint planning meetings involving the team, initiative owners, and stakeholders. Evaluate the Scrum maturity of the squad and guide them toward advanced stages at a sustainable pace.
Enable process activities by inspiring the team to Strategic Alignment & Project Planning - Facilitate alignment on initiative outcomes, scope, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring they match the organization’s Value Delivery Stream. Support initiative/product owners in developing the inception deck and identifying necessary squad resources.
Execution, Quality & Vendor Management - Direct and manage initiative tasks and development from beginning to end to produce intended outcomes. Ensure commitments and agreements with sponsors are met.
Metrics & Artifact Management - Ensure project management and Agile progress metrics are established and that the team is equipped to input data.
Closing & Transition - Finalize activities across all Project Management Process Groups to formally close the project or phase. Transfer the final product, service, or result to the operational team and verify that business benefits are realized.
We’re looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Computer-related course.
Minimum of 6 years managing complex projects, strategy execution, and product development.
Agile Experience: Proven experience working in an Agile environment, specifically managing resources with diverse skill sets for agile delivery.
Technical Background: Technical proficiency with a development background is required.
Industry: Experience in a financial technology vendor or a large financial institution.
