The Project Lead is the dedicated business lead for the Demand Planning workstream within the Logility transformation program. The role is responsible for driving the successful design, implementation and stabilization of the future Demand Planning process and system landscape.

Acting as the central interface between business, IT and external implementation partners, this role ensures that Demand Planning requirements are translated into a scalable and efficient solution, while enabling strong user adoption and delivering measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and planning performance.

The position spans the full project lifecycle—from project kick-off through design, build, testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare—with full accountability for Demand Planning outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the Demand Planning workstream within the Logility implementation program
  • Act as primary interface between business, IT and implementation partners for all DP topics
  • Drive definition and implementation of the future-state Demand Planning process
  • Ensure alignment of business requirements with system design and overall program scope
  • Manage the workstream plan including milestones, risks, dependencies and progress tracking
  • Coordinate data preparation, business validation and testing (incl. UAT)
  • Ensure readiness for cutover and support go-live execution
  • Lead hypercare phase including issue resolution, user support and transition to operations

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field
  • Proven, hands-on experience with Logility (Demand Planning module) is mandatory
  • Demonstrated end-to-end Logility implementation experience, including involvement in design, build, testing (UAT), cutover and hypercare phases
  • Minimum 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning, with strong system-driven planning exposure
  • Deep understanding of forecasting methodologies, demand planning processes and KPI frameworks
  • Strong experience working with planning data structures, master data, and validation/testing in system implementations
  • Proven track record of leading or representing the business in cross-functional transformation projects involving IT and external partners
  • Strong stakeholder management, ownership mindset and ability to drive delivery in complex, fast-paced project environments
