Manager - SAP WM / EWMJob Description JOB OVERVIEW: Manager - SAP Support & Special Projects, WM / EWM The role of SAP WM / EWM consultant is instrumental in streamlining warehouse operations and achieving operational excellence. From project planning and implementation to configuration, customization, training, and continuous improvement, their expertise guides organizations toward efficient warehouse management. We need an experienced SAP WM / EWM consultant who has experience in SAP TM will be an added advantage. KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL : Corporate Finance , Business Finance ,SCM, Marketing, GBSS ,Procurement , HR KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL : Auditors, External Consultant REPORTING STRUCTURE: Will report to - Chief Manager - IT / General Manager - IT Team size - NA EXPERIENCE: CRITICAL QUALITIES: ·Strong Domain Knowledge for Warehousing & has worked in both ECC & S/4 HANA ·Good to have knowledge on SAP TM module ·Must have understanding on RF, PPF actions & Queue Management in SAP EWM ·8 to 10 years WM / EWM SAP Experience ·Must have at least 3 to 4 end to end SAP WM / EWM implementation experience ·Knowledge on Inbound, Outbound, Cross Docking, Wave Management, Kitting, Internal Transfers, Warehouse Process Type Determination, Warehouse Order Creation Rules, Material Flow System, Movement Types, Physical Inventory, Transfer Request, Transfer Order, Warehouse Tasks, Warehouse Orders, etc ·Cross-functional module knowledge required to address business or systems issues and integration with SAP SD,MM,PP & QM ·Must have knowledge on advanced EWM functions, good understanding of business processes & best practices ·Must have ability to interact with multiple business stake holder, Functional team (IT) & multi-tasking skill CRITICAL QUALITIES: ·Certification in SAP ECC or S/4 Hana (WM/EWM) preferred ·Must have strong Oral, written, verbal and interpersonal skills. ·Will go an extra mile for enhancing user experience ·Excellent Knowledge of SAP WM / EWM KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Good knowledge about WM / EWM module in SAP and should also have configuration experience in WM / EWM module in ECC & S/4 HANA 2.Good knowledge of Integration of WM / EWM with other SAP modules including SD,MM,PP & QM modules 3.Must have knowledge on advanced EWM functions, good understanding of business processes & best practices 4.Responsible for providing SAP Support / Enhancements in WM / EWM module 5.Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that will be cost effective and meet user requirements 6.Plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates the specifications for systems to meet business requirements 7.Coordination for end-user training documentation and train end users as and when required 8.Staying up to date with Trends and Innovations happening in WM / EWM module 9.Improving the overall efficiency, productivity, and accuracy of warehouse operations 10.Knowledge on project management including: coordinating, organizing, planning and scheduling, communicating, documentation, monitoring Business Practice, processes and scenarios Essential Qualification QUALIFICATION: Graduate (BCA,B Tech, BE, BSc Computers + Postgraduate ) MCSE CertifiedFull time
