Zur Verstärkung unseres Bereichs IT Operations suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für unser globales SAP Technology Team.
In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position führen Sie ein internationales Team und stellen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern den stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen Betrieb unserer SAP-Technologieplattformen sicher. Darüber hinaus treiben Sie die Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Services und Betriebsmodelle voran.
Ihre Aufgaben- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen SAP Technology Teams
- Verantwortung für den stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen Betrieb der globalen SAP-Landschaft (u. a. SAP S/4HANA, ECC, HCM, BW, GRC und EWM)
- Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Servicequalität sowie Einhaltung definierter SLAs und KPIs
- Verantwortung für SAP Technology Services einschließlich SAP Basis, Security, Authorizations, GRC sowie User- und Berechtigungsmanagement
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Integrations-, Transport- und Lifecycle-Management-Services
- Planung und Umsetzung von Standardisierungs-, Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister und SAP-Provider
- Unterstützung von SAP- und Transformationsprojekten sowie Überführung neuer Lösungen in den Betrieb
- Sicherstellung von Security-, Compliance- und Governance-Anforderungen
- Verantwortung für Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Capacity-Management sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten IT- und Business-Bereichen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP Technology, SAP Basis oder SAP Operations
- Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in internationalen Organisationen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb von SAP-Plattformen, insbesondere SAP S/4HANA und SAP ECC
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP Security, Authorizations, GRC sowie im User- und Berechtigungsmanagement
- Erfahrung mit SAP Integrationstechnologien, SAP Solution Manager sowie Lifecycle- und Transport-Management-Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Providern und externen Dienstleistern
- Gute Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management (z. B. ITIL)
- Erfahrung in SAP- und Transformationsprojekten
- Ausgeprägte analytische, kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
