Core Responsibilities- Govern and oversee SAP data lifecycle processes (archiving, retention, purging, and harmonized document lifecycle).
- Define and maintain frameworks, decision trees, and guidelines for SAP data extensibility and enhancements.
- Coordinate with product teams, architects, and external partners to ensure decisions are scalable, compliant, and well-communicated.
- Review, validate, and approve data lifecycle and extensibility requests, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise and act as escalation point for complex or cross-domain issues.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring adoption, collecting feedback, and refining governance practices

Do you have what it takes?- 5+ years experience in SAP Data Management.
- Proficiency in SAP classical data archiving, ILM, SAP Content Server, OpenText, and SAP IQ.
- Practical experience with migration of SAP Originals or unstructured data (GOS, DMS, SOFFCONTI, etc.).
- Experience in defining governance frameworks and ensuring consistency in large SAP landscapes.
- Ability to engage with partners across product, architecture, and compliance teams.
- Comfortable balancing pragmatism and standards to enable product teams while protecting enterprise integrity.
- Good English verbal and written communications skills.
