Core technical profile
Candidates should demonstrate practical, project-based experience in:
•    SAP BW, BW on HANA and/or BW/4HANA 
•    Data modelling: ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, InfoObjects 
•    Data integration and loading: ODP, SLT, CDS Views, extractors, APIs and non-SAP sources 
•    Process chains, DTPs, transformations and error handling 
•    Reporting and analytics tools, ideally SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office and/or SAP BusinessObjects 
•    HANA, SQL and performance optimization 
•    ABAP routines, AMDP, SQLScript or technical debugging capabilities 
•    Integration with S/4HANA/ECC and potentially external data platforms 
•    Migration or modernization projects, especially BW to BW/4HANA or reporting modernization

As the role will operate in a global environment, candidates should show evidence of:
•    Fluent professional English communication, both written and spoken 
•    Experience working with stakeholders, teams or customers across countries and time zones 
•    Collaboration with business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales or Controlling 
•    Participation in global rollouts, template approaches, harmonization initiatives or centralized data models 
•    Experience with Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow 
•    Clear ownership of deliverables, releases, data domains or support processes 
•    Ability to run workshops, clarify requirements, document decisions and communicate risks early
