Position Summary:
As a Manager, Salesforce Product Management, you will drive the execution of Truckstop’s Salesforce initiatives. This role involves product ownership and team management and working closely with stakeholders across the organization. You will manage a team of Salesforce Business Analysts aligning platform capabilities with business needs to drive growth and efficiency.
Essential Job Functions:
- Execute Salesforce platform strategy managing roadmap deliverables that balances technical best practices and business needs
- Serve as primary point of contact between the Enterprise Apps team and cross functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Marketing & Billing to manage intake, gather requirements and prioritize features
- Facilitate regular prioritization meetings with stakeholders to evaluate new feature requests, manage backlog items and align priorities for upcoming sprints and releases.
- Maintain unified Salesforce product backlog across multiple stakeholders
- Guide and coach team on product management best practices and effective backlog management to drive impactful business outcomes.
- Work with technical teams to design, develop and implement new features.
- Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement for Salesforce scrum teams
Position Requirements:
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience in product or platform management roles with hands on technical solutioning with at least 3+ years in leadership or people management role.
- Strong product management skills with prior experience in Agile or Scrum Methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform focused on Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at various levels of the organization
- Relevant Salesforce/Product Management certifications desired.
- Well-organized; plans activities and consistently follows up
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$146,000—$150,000 USD
The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
