Position Summary:

Our VP, Sales for the Application Testing business at Perforce is searching for a Manager, Sales to lead a team of 4-5 sales reps. The Manager, Sales at Perforce … serves as an accomplished professional in the realm of sales management. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to strategize and execute company-wide sales initiatives, programs, processes, services, and enhancements. This proactive sales team management approach includes a focus on ongoing productivity enhancements through data-driven insights and analytics. Additionally,, the Manager, Sales actively engages with key stakeholders to plan and implement improvements aimed at bolstering high-performance sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 4-5 commercial sales professionals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on sales initiatives and programs
  • Execute company-wide sales processes and services
  • Implement enhancements to bolster high-performance sales efforts
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, fostering team development
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships
  • Ensure team compliance with sales policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices for strategic implementation
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools for data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights
  • Strong leadership, coaching and lead by example abilities
  • Adaptability to industry trends and competitive landscape changes
