Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders on sales initiatives and programs
- Execute company-wide sales processes and services
- Implement enhancements to bolster high-performance sales efforts
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback, fostering team development
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Develop and maintain key client relationships
- Ensure team compliance with sales policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices for strategic implementation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools for data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights
- Strong leadership, coaching and lead by example abilities
- Adaptability to industry trends and competitive landscape changes
