We are currently hiring a Manager, Sales to lead the development and execution of high-impact sales strategies. This role will oversee key account management, drive revenue growth through effective planning and forecasting, and continuously optimize sales processes to improve team effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has an existing portfolio of corporate contacts and a proven track record of closing B2B deals. They are skilled at building trust with decision-makers and navigating sales cycles.

Below are your key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales strategies that drive new business and account growth in the health insurance space.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and expansion.Open new doors through your network of decision-makers and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Lead internal and external meetings to align on targets, proposals, and account strategies.
  • Identify areas to improve sales operations and work with internal teams to implement them.

Requirements
  • At least 6–8 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on corporate or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success in selling health insurance products or services to corporate clients.
  • A live network of corporate contacts that can be actively engaged.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts over time.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., Zoho).
  • Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills.
