Kardex is looking for a dynamic Country Sales Manager to push our sales in Sweden and Denmark to new heights. In this role, you’ll lead a team of five driven salespeople as they tackle ambitious targets, and you’ll take a hands-on approach to developing and closing sales projects across Sweden and Denmark.
Working from home, you’ll need to be prepared for frequent travel to engage clients and lead sales efforts directly in the field. Reporting to the New Business Director Nordics, you’ll have the autonomy to make an impact and the support of a Nordic team that believes in collaboration, innovation, and seeing every obstacle as a pathway to success.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Leadership
- Inspire, lead, and energize your team, setting bold sales goals and supporting them to hit targets.
- Approve and fine-tune quotes and calculations, ensuring every deal aligns with our commitment to quality and customer needs.
- Champion the use of Salesforce CRM, promoting a data-driven, streamlined approach to sales.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring seamless handovers and strong customer relationships.
- Direct Sales
- Proactively identify and connect with new clients while building on existing relationships, delivering customized solutions.
- Ensure that no opportunity is left unexplored, tracking all leads and prospects within Salesforce to maintain momentum.
- Manage smooth contract handovers, maintaining Kardex’s reputation for quality from start to finish.
- Strategic Sales Development
- Analyze market potential, leveraging Salesforce insights to launch impactful commercial activities across Sweden.
- Take the lead on key initiatives within specific segments, working closely with Sales, MarCom, and other key players.
- Push for digitalized, efficient processes to streamline sales and elevate team performance.
Your profile
Qualifications
- Relevant education within technical or commercial field.
- At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a commercial role, ideally within a technical sales environment focused on managing complex, project-based sales.
- Strong command of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and a forward-thinking, customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in Swedish or Danish and English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Solid understanding of commercial contracts and negotiation at a business level.
- Ability to work independently from home with the flexibility to travel frequently.
- Desirable: Experience with tenders and approval processes, which would be a valuable asset for this role.
