Position Description

This position is responsible for independently expanding and managing client relationships, delivering a full spectrum of private wealth management services to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Introducing Broker (IB) institutional clients. The role focuses on increasing AUM, driving revenue growth, and enhancing market presence through proactive business development and exceptional client service.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with EAM, IB, HNW and corporate clients to acquire new business and grow AUM.

  • Provide execution services across equities, fixed income, OTC derivatives, mutual funds, alternative investments, and structured products.

  • Identify and present new investment opportunities, review portfolios and post trade performance, and offer tailored ideas and market insights in collaboration with product teams.

  • Lead client onboarding, including KYC, CDD, AML reviews, and account opening; ensure compliance and timely updates of client profiles.

  • Work closely with dealing, product, compliance, and IT teams to optimize workflows and support operational enhancements.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Economics, Finance, or related discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking, or securities brokerage.

  • Established client base with proven track record in sourcing, onboarding, and growing relationships to increase AUM and revenue.

  • Strong knowledge of global financial markets, investment products, and wealth planning strategies (structured products experience preferred).

  • Results driven, proactive, and able to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English and Putonghua; Cantonese is an advantage.

  • High integrity, strong compliance awareness, and commitment to professional growth.

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
