Key Responsibilities
Sales Training Design & Delivery
- Design and deliver sales training programs for frontline sales roles (TSMs, ASMs, RSMs) across PBUs.
- Develop learning modules covering:
- Product & technical training
- Channel and distributor management
- Negotiation, objection handling, and pricing basics
- Ensure training is field-oriented, with role plays, case studies, and on-the-job application.
Frontline & Manager Enablement
- Support Sales Managers in becoming effective coaches through structured coaching tools and frameworks.
- Conduct joint field visits to reinforce learning application and assess behavior change.
- Partner with Sales Excellence and HRBPs to align training with performance gaps.
Channel Training
- Facilitate training programs for distributors, dealers, and channel partners to improve capability and compliance.
- Support rollout of standardized training content across regions for consistency.
Digital & Blended Learning
- Support deployment of digital learning platforms, micro-learning, and certification journeys.
- Curate and customize content aligned to India market and Goodyear products.
Measurement & Effectiveness
- Track training coverage, participation, and post-training application metrics.
- Gather feedback and field insights to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Support ROI tracking by linking training outcomes to sales productivity indicators.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Leaders, Marketing, Product, and HR to ensure training relevance.
- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors where required
