The Role
The Sales Support Manager will lead a team of analysts supporting Veeva’s European sellers and customers in the management of opportunities, quotes, and renewals. Your primary responsibility is overseeing the process of creating, approving, and routing order forms for Veeva’s subscription business with quality and speed. You will oversee the team’s performance and will be responsible for ensuring you have the right talent on the team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of 6 or more analysts, supporting approximately 100 sellers and managers in the field
- Ensure accurate opportunity management and processing leveraging Veeva’s CRM and reporting tools
- Manage inventory of renewals, closing 95%+ in quarter
- Analyze complex data sets and share insights with sales and operations leadership
- Participate in and lead special projects (~15% of time)
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing a team of individual contributors
- 5+ years of combined experience in Sales or Sales supporting function
- 2+ years of experience analyzing complex data sets
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) in English
- Proximity to Veeva’s Budapest office, working at least one day in the office each week
