The Sales Readiness Manager leads a high-impact team that ensures every initiative touching Sales drives measurable business value. This role connects strategy to execution—aligning priorities, designing scalable processes, and equipping Sales with what they need to win. The Sales Readiness team Serve as the single coordination point for cross-functional projects, ensuring clarity, communication, and accountability. The ideal leader influences across functions, partners with executives, and uses data and technology to focus the organization on what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team dedicated to aligning, prioritizing, and executing all initiatives that impact Sales.
- Design and continuously improve the Readiness process to intake, assess, prioritize, and manage initiatives end-to-end.
- Lead partner teams through influence—aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive radical prioritization, focusing Sales and partner teams on the highest-value initiatives that advance business goals.
- Oversee full project lifecycle management, including stakeholder alignment, planning, execution, and post-launch success measurement.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, communications, and readouts that inform leadership decisions and highlight business impact.
- Leverage data, AI, and technology tools to track progress, visualize outcomes, and provide strategic recommendations.

- Proven experience designing scalable processes and governance frameworks for cross-functional execution.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM, project management, and analytics platforms; experience with AI or automation tools a plus.
