Job Description
Development and implementation of distribution channel (IA/PA/FI/MFA) strategies
Develop short-term and medium-term distribution strategy
Clarification of current situation and issues and the ideal state of distribution model, operation model, digital capability, enablers, etc.
Concretization of plans, establishment of milestones, and key KPIs, identification of risks and mitigation actions
Develop an implementation governance plan and governance model
Manage implementation of distribution strategy plan to align to company strategy by developing robust monitoring governance Project management / lead in strategic projects such as distribution transformation and relevant implementation projects. Business Development
Develop the lead generation model for all distribution channels
Formulate and execute up-sell and cross-sell strategies to existing customers
Lead building strategic alliances
Build, plan, and execute new alliance models
Group reporting
Reporting monthly status to regional office
Prepare reporting material for monthly Japan business review
Support to organize monthly distribution board
Expected skills and experience:
(Experience) Consultant experience, or worked at strategy planning or relevant department at industrial company.
(Skills) consulting skill, project management skill, communication skill (notably communicate with executives and various of stakeholders)
Expected language:
Japanese: Native.
English: Business, writing as mandatory.
Other
Better to have working at English environment.
