Position Summary:
The Manager – Sales Planning & Results is responsible for driving the annual sales planning process for the Beer Division, the explanation of sales trends for our brands, and the alignment between the Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Growth for the actionable deliverables that can be used in the field to increase sales for our company to hit company goals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with multiple departments across the Beer Division to create a clear recommendation to leadership for annual volume goals and path toward hitting the volume growth needs of the company
Ownership of models built that will aid in the creation of goals and forecasting of sales for the fiscal year
Collaborates with Growth, Strategy, Category Management, and Finance to support the development of Key Performance Indicators that will help enable the company to meet its executive-level objectives
Manages cross-functional projects driving or explaining sales results for the Sales Team and builds strong partnerships to:
Support the Business Units in goal creation and tracking for key Spring and Fall selling seasons, and the fiscal year
Sales and trend analysis for leadership teams on key initiatives within the Business Units
Creation/maintenance of monthly and ad hoc sales reporting, as well as the interpretation of data within reports
Works with Growth, Brand teams, BU Operations Directors, Category Managers and National Accounts on actionable deliverables that can be used by Sales Team to hit goals
Proposes enhancements and recommends the development of new processes to improve how the Sales Enablement Team can track sales performance and identify opportunities for continued sales growth
Monitors timely coordination / evaluation of programs and communicates throughout the organization results that involve our input on existing sales trends or sales growth opportunities

Reports to the Sr. Director, Commercial Sales Planning & Integration
Knowledge, Experience and Abilities Required:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience is required, with emphasis on Strategy, Analysis and Data Modeling
3-5 years’ experience in strategy planning role within consumer package goods industry
Highly developed interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to influence and drive consensus. Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently, identify opportunities coordination/evaluation and recommend viable solutions to problems and issues
Confident, pro-active, creative, and collaborative style that assimilates well within a team environment
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be entrepreneurial, take initiative and work with a high level of professionalism
Must have a high degree of proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of IRI, Nielsen or other consumer based tools that aggregate large sets of data
Ability to lift 25lbs
Some domestic travel required (5-10%)

Sales SupportThe salary range for this role is:
$98,800.00 - $210,500.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
