Position Overview and Objective
The Manager, Sales Operations partners with Sales Operations leadership to develop and manage the sales operations strategy.
Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Mode of work : Remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and support a team of sales operations professionals
- Work with sales operations leadership to understand process gaps or opportunities for improvement
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational workflows, procedures, SLAs, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and work cross-functionally with business partners to gain buy-in on new opportunities
- Drive efficiencies in the quote to cash process flow
- Establish standard operating procedures aligned to a global go-to-market strategy
Experience & Requirements
- Ability to lead, manage, and develop a high performing team
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce
- Proficiency in the development and delivering of metrics and dashboards
- Process and quality oriented with attention to detail
- Bachelors Degree with 10 or more years’ experience in sales or order operations role
