- Lead and develop the DACH AE PRO team, driving consistent quota attainment and individual growth.

- Monitor and manage pipeline health: ensure strong forecasting accuracy, data hygiene, and deal progression.
- Support full-cycle sales execution - from prospecting to closing - ensuring best practices and customer excellence.

Who you are
- 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in CRM, MarTech or SaaS environments
- 2+ years of sales management or team leadership experience, with proven success leading AEs or inside sales teams
- Strong track record in SMB or Mid-Market sales cycles, with full ownership from lead to close
- Native-level German and excellent English communication skills
- Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills
- Strong experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments
