If this inspires and energizes you, you’ve found the right place where you can do cool things with fun people for one of the biggest snacking companies in the world!

The Opportunity: Why This Role Matters

This is a mission-critical, project-based assignment running through December 2027 for a seasoned CPG finance professional. As the Manager of Sales Finance, you will be the core executor driving a pivotal integration across our Small Format commercial business.

Your mission will be to harmonize trade management processes, manage the sales outlook, and lead the integration of commercial finance systems. We’re looking for an experienced, process-oriented finance partner who can hit the ground running, push back constructively with data, and balance the energy of a fast-moving sales team with the discipline of sound financial governance. If you thrive on taking complex, transitional environments and creating lasting structure, this is a prime seat to make an impact.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Lead Integration Projects: Drive key integration workstreams related to sales finance, including the harmonization of trade management processes, sales outlook reporting, and financial systems.

  • Commercial Business Partnering: Serve as the primary finance co-pilot for designated Small Format sales leads, providing actionable visibility, trade spend analysis, and commercial insights.

  • Financial Management & Forecasting: Own and execute critical financial processes including trade spend forecasting, customer ROI tracking, and scenario modeling to ensure delivery of P&L targets.

  • Process Standardization: Identify process gaps and streamline ways of working to ensure sustainable, transparent commercial reporting across the portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

  • The Proven Executor: A seasoned finance operator with a background in Sales Finance, Category Finance, Commercial FP&A, or Innovation Finance who loves executing complex initiatives.

  • Process-Driven Mindset: Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments, design repeatable workflows, and drive alignment across commercial teams.

  • Constructive Partner: The confidence and communication skills to act as a true strategic partner to Sales—guiding investments and pushing back when necessary, backed by data.

  • Commercial Finance Acumen: Strong command of CPG P&L mechanics, trade management, revenue management, and financial forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

  • Experience: 5–10 years of progressive finance experience in CPG, Food Manufacturing, or related retail sectors.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with SAP and trade management/planning platforms preferred.
