Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Sales Engineering team, providing mentorship, coaching, and career development for pre-sales engineers.
  • Partner with Singapore sales leadership to develop and execute a territory strategy that supports business growth and customer success.
  • Ensure technical excellence in customer engagements, guiding the team in designing and presenting solutions for Web Security, DLP, NGFW, Data Security Cloud, and AI-driven data protection.
  • Support large, complex, and strategic sales opportunities by personally engaging with key customers and partners as an executive technical leader.
  • Foster strong relationships with key enterprise customers, government agencies, and channel partners, promoting Forcepoint’s data security vision.
  • Drive regional adoption of new and emerging solutions, such as AI-based data classification and DSPM, by equipping the team with technical knowledge and field enablement resources.
  • Collaborate with global product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap direction based on market dynamics in Singapore.
  • Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, RFP responses, and customer workshops, ensuring consistent technical quality and professionalism.
  • Represent the technical voice of Singapore in regional and global leadership forums.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT, with 3+ years in a pre-sales leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams, drive sales outcomes, and build customer trust at the executive level.
  • Strong domain expertise in:
    • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
    • AI-driven data classification and discovery
    • Network security (NGFW, proxies, web gateways)
    • Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security challenges across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Based in Singapore with flexibility to travel regionally as needed.
